2. Principles
We only process personal data as far as necessary to run this website, answer your requests or perform a contract, based on the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers. Fonts, images and videos are loaded from our own server.
3. Hosting and server logs
Hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf, Germany (servers in the EU, data processing agreement). Technically necessary data (IP address, time, page, browser) is processed to provide the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and deleted after a short time.
4. Online hall booking
When you book the hall, we process your name, email, phone number, optionally company/club, purpose, number of people and message as well as the chosen date to carry out the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Booking data is kept for up to 7 years due to legal retention obligations (invoices).
5. Online payment (Stripe)
For payment you are forwarded to Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). We transmit your email address and booking number so the payment can be matched (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You enter your payment details directly at Stripe – we never see them. Stripe privacy policy: stripe.com/at/privacy.
6. 3D tour (Panoee)
The 3D tour is only loaded when you click “Start 3D tour”. A connection to Panoee (tour.panoee.net) is then established and technical data such as your IP address is transmitted (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent by clicking).
7. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp
We process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For WhatsApp, the WhatsApp privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) also applies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection – just email hotline@stellar-gym.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
